My cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours before your appointment is due.
The full amount will be due for both massage and Pilates sessions if you do not give notice that you will not be coming along. Cancellations can be made by text, email or phone call.
Payment for your session must be paid for in full on or by the day – and can be paid in cash or by bank transfer by prior arrangement. Please note I do not accept cheques
